Shine is a six-storey artist-centric residence designed to reflect the industrial legacy of Mount Pleasant and Brewery Creek. Playfully staggered balconies foster interaction, while a prominent concrete frame and material shifts respond to the area’s heritage buildings. A rooftop garden, workshop amenity, and shared spaces support creative living and sustainability. The design balances industrial character with neighbourly openness and urban greenery.
