Located across from King Edward SkyTrain Station, this project emphasizes horizontal lines through strong framing elements to reduce visual mass. Brick cladding grounds the first floor, contrasted by lighter materials and large openings above. The corner condition is accentuated through a continuous yet rotated architectural frame, highlighting its prominence. The design steps back at upper levels in accordance with the Cambie Corridor Plan, reducing overall scale and enhancing privacy on the quieter south façade.
