Tailor is a 27-storey tower in Brentwood that introduces Shift’s first high-rise from concept to completion. Elevated residential floors reduce visual impact from nearby electrical infrastructure, while a 40-foot-tall lobby anchors the base with public art and grand scale. The tower’s expressive façade combines strong verticals and cantilevered balconies for a dynamic profile.
