R + R is a six-storey, 99-unit residential project in the River District that embraces the East Fraserlands Masterplan through sculpted massing and industrial design elements. A south-facing courtyard opens the building to public space, while board-formed concrete and metal details nod to the site’s working waterfront history. A signature “lantern” at the eastern end establishes a neighborhood landmark and reinforces the area’s industrial heritage.
